In the heart of Genoa, a major urban transformation project has been launched, including retail, residential, offices,
hotel and student housing, on a low environmental impact project.
The thematic district, designed by RPBW Architects, will ssurface within the confines of a wide-ranging urban regeneration project that will return a disused area to the city, reconnecting it to the fabric of downtown Genoa.
The intervention includes the development of new retail, residential, office, hotel and student housing and is based on a low environmental impact design.
The thematic district has a catchment area of 668.450 residents, plus tourists and passengers going through the port of Genoa.
